“My name is Sahar Palmer. I am writing to express my gratitude, and also to let you know, of the superior attentive care that my husband, Andrew Palmer, has been receiving in ICU. All the staff, including doctors and nurses, could not have given Andrew a better care.
Andrew was diagnosed with Renal Cell Cancer in December 2017, and had his left kidney successfully removed Dr. Yassir Jasim, and has been looked after since by Dr. Ahmad Fakhri Alhimairi and Dr. Noordin Wadhvaniya, and Dr. Emilia Kadour. Also, by the skilled doctors in Emergency when he had a few critical situations. Recently, within a blink of an eye, about seven people, doctors and nurses, jumped Andrew and saved his life when he suddenly became hypoxic and had to be moved to isolation on a ventilator.
I am writing to let you know how all the second floor work tirelessly, 24/7; under the guidance of the very able Dr. Hayder Matouk, a job that can take its toll on any carer’s body and mind, especially when dealing with high risk, complicated and unstable cases – a job I would not personally do even if I were to be paid!
I would like you to know that they are your greatest assets!”
