Thank You Dr. Ramsey Mustafa Al-Omari

My name is Aida. I am a mother of Mia Moustafa Mohamed, the patient of Dr Ramsey Mustafa Al-Omari, in your hospital.

I would really like to draw your attention to the exceptional work of Dr Ramsey Mustafa Al-Omari!

Mia was born in New York, when we moved here to UAE she was just 2 months old. As Americans, we are really used to the high level of medicine in our country. So it was quite a decision for me to find a well qualified doctor for my baby girl in a new place.

After scrupulous researches we chose DR. Ramsey! And never regretted.

At our first appointment He created an atmosphere in his office that, from the moment we entered, made us feel welcomed and valued. We were greeted with a smile, and I never felt that our presence was a burden or inconvenience. When he sat with us, he listened and understood. I’m sure his time was limited, but I, and most importantly, my daughter never felt that way. In the moment, we felt like the most important patients in his day.

And since that day  DR Ramsey is always there for our family, for our Mia! He always answers our phone calls, he is never in a hurry, His help, knowledge and experience are beyond any expectations! Mia is our first child so as a mother I do have a lot of questions and fears. But DR Ramsey washes them away with his knowledge in pediatrics!

I would really appreciate if you find an official way to thank DR Ramsey, to recognize his outstanding work!

Doctors like Him give hope that still there are doctors who create a practice where, regardless of the stresses of the business, the patient experience is one of feeling valued and heard!

I am thankful to Dr Ramsey endlessly. Our daughter is in safe hands.
